Hearts of Leather Foundation

Purpose

Hearts of Leather Foundation is dedicated to providing support, through financial assistance and educational programs, to consenting adults within the alternative lifestyle and relationship communities. For the purposes of these articles, the alternative lifestyle and relationship community includes all adults, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, that are engaged in consensual non-mainstream sexual and relationship practices, including, but not limited to, leather, fetish, bondage & discipline, and sadomasochistic practices. 

Non-profit Nature

Hearts of Leather Foundation is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
